FAQs
Have a question ? We are here to help.
When do I get free shipping?
You’ll receive free shipping automatically when your order reaches $45 NZD or more. The offer is applied at checkout, so you don’t need to enter a code or perform any secret rituals.
What is included in a Mystery Charm Pack?
Mystery Charm Packs contain a fun surprise mix of popular and unique charms. Each pack is randomly selected, so every order feels a little different. It’s a great way to start a collection or add variety without choosing individual designs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders within New Zealand arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I choose specific charms in a Mystery Pack?
Mystery Packs are all about the surprise! ✨ Buying one as a gift? At checkout, simply leave us a message in the "Notes to Seller" section with the recipient's age and any favourite themes, interests or preferences. We'll do our very best to tailor your Mystery Pack to suit them, subject to availability. While we can't guarantee specific charms, we'll make sure there's plenty of magic in every pack! 💜
